The U Nail Fence Staple Making Machine converts wire into repeatable U-shaped staples by feeding, cutting, bending, and forming both legs in a coordinated double-stroke cycle.
Wire advances to the set length, is cut, and is formed around dedicated tooling to establish the crown and two legs. Correct straightening, feed length, tooling, and cut condition determine staple symmetry.
P UNM-1 accepts 18–6 SWG or 1.2–4.8 mm wire, produces 1/2–1 1/2 inch staples, provides 6–12 mm spacing between ends, and is listed for 200–250 pieces per minute with a 3 HP motor.
Finished staples are used for fencing, wire fixing, timber attachment, agricultural work, packaging, and other fastening tasks compatible with the selected staple.
A dedicated automatic cycle supports high output, uniform leg length, controlled crown width, and reduced manual forming for repeat staple production.
Specify wire grade, coating, diameter, staple length, crown spacing, point shape, output, collection method, electrical supply, and packaging workflow.
Pathak Industries supplies this machine with application-based guidance. Confirm the selected model, wire specification, tooling, utilities, guarding, and required output against actual production samples before ordering.
