Road, Salkia, Howrah, founded on the enduring vision, enterprise, and values of brothers Late Shri Pyare Lal Pathak and Shri Harbans Lal Pathak Ji. What began as a dedicated machinery enterprise quickly earned a reputation for engineering excellence and integrity. Building upon this solid foundation, the enterprise achieved a major milestone in 1979 under the dynamic leadership of Shri Tarsem Lal Pathak, expanding our capabilities into cutting-edge machine tools and industrial manufacturing that serve industries worldwide today.

The remarkable journey of Pathak Industries began in 1960, when Late Shri Pyare Lal Pathak laid the foundation of the company at 117 G.T. Road, Salkia, Howrah, West Bengal, India. What started as a focused industrial venture gradually developed into a trusted name in the field of industrial machines and machine tools.

Late Shri Harbans Lal Pathak joined Pathak Industries in 1960 and became an important part of the company’s early journey. His dedication, practical experience, and commitment to quality helped strengthen the foundation of the business and supported its growth in the industrial machines and machine tools sector. His contribution remains an important part of the Pathak legacy today.

Sh. Tarsem Lal Pathak
The year 1979 marked another important milestone in the journey of Pathak when Mr. Tarsem Lal Pathak was appointed as the Founding Director of Pathak Machine Tools. With his vision, leadership, and strong focus on technology and growth, he played a major role in expanding the business, strengthening its manufacturing capabilities, and shaping the company into the organization it is today.
A New Generation & Expanding Footprint
Mr. Hitesh Pathak (CEO)
In 2009, Mr. Hitesh Pathak, son of Mr. Tarsem Lal Pathak, joined the Group and became part of the next generation of leadership. In 2012, the Pathak Group was reorganized, and Mr. T. L. Pathak established his own group of companies at Salkia, Howrah, continuing from the place where the journey had originally begun. In 2014, the T. L. Pathak Group opened a modern multi-storey showroom on N.H. 6, Bombay Road, maintaining a large inventory of ready-to-deliver machines. Today, the Group has expanded its presence through 10+ showrooms across India, including locations in Howrah, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Thrissur, Cuttack, Hooghly, Ludhiana and Bhubaneswar.
