The Plasma Cutting Machine uses an electrically generated plasma arc and a high-velocity gas stream to cut suitable conductive metals. The concentrated arc melts material along the cut path while the gas removes molten metal from the kerf.
Model Ap130 provides a listed output-current range of 30 to 130 A, rated output voltage of 130 V and 60% rated duty cycle. The inverter unit lists 24 kVA input capacity, 36 A rated input current, 0.86 power factor and 90% efficiency.
The machine requires working gas pressure from 0.45 to 0.55 MPa and uses an air-cooled torch. Actual cutting capacity and quality depend on the metal type and thickness, current, torch and consumables, gas quality and pressure, travel speed, standoff, earthing and operator technique.
Typical applications include fabrication, sheet and plate preparation, maintenance, repair and workshop cutting of suitable steels and other conductive metals. Model selection should consider material range, maximum pierce and edge-start thickness, required cut quality, duty cycle, gas supply, electrical compatibility, torch reach, consumable availability and fume-control arrangements.
