Overview

Product Overview

The Milling Planer Machine is designed for machining large, long and heavy components that require stable support across an extended table. Its planer-style construction combines a travelling worktable with a rigid gantry, one vertical milling head and one side milling head. This arrangement enables operators to machine top and side surfaces while keeping suitable workpieces securely clamped in a controlled setup.

The range includes X2013, X3013, X4020, X5020 and X6025 models. Table sizes extend from 2000 × 800 mm to 6000 × 2000 mm, while maximum listed workpiece envelopes extend up to 6000 × 2400 × 1400 mm. A 1000 mm maximum spindle-to-table distance is specified throughout the range. Vertical milling-head power increases from 5.5 kW to 11 kW according to model, with corresponding side-head power for balanced machining capability.

The machine can support suitable face milling, edge milling, step machining, slotting and related operations on machine beds, fabricated structures, plates, mould bases, guide surfaces and general engineering components. An NT50 spindle taper provides a robust tooling interface, while the six-step spindle range is selected according to machine size.

Final machine selection should consider the complete workpiece dimensions and weight, material, required operations, tooling access, tolerance, finish, lifting arrangements and expected output. Actual capacity and supplied configuration should be confirmed against the technical offer before ordering.

FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a Milling Planer Machine used for?
It is used to mill suitable large and long workpieces, including plates, fabricated structures, machine beds, mould bases and guide surfaces. The vertical and side heads support top and side machining in a controlled setup.
Which Milling Planer Machine models are available?
The listed range includes X2013, X3013, X4020, X5020 and X6025, with different table sizes, gantry widths, travels and motor powers.
What is the largest listed table size?
The X6025 model lists a 6000 × 2000 mm table with 6000 mm table travel. Final usable capacity depends on clamping, tooling access and the complete workpiece setup.
Does the machine include vertical and side milling heads?
The supplied specification lists one vertical milling head and one side milling head for each model in the range.
What spindle taper is specified?
All five listed models use an NT50 spindle taper hole specified as 7:24 with a Φ69.85 dimension.
What spindle speed ranges are available?
Models X2013, X3013 and X4020 list 106–664 r/min in six steps. Models X5020 and X6025 list 75–420 r/min in six steps.
How should the correct model be selected?
Compare workpiece length, width, height and weight with table size, gantry width, spindle clearance, travels, tooling access, material, tolerance and production requirements. Submit a complete drawing for confirmation.
Can specifications be customised?
Available configuration and customisation depend on the application. Share the component drawings, operations, workpiece weight, accuracy requirements, electrical supply and desired output for technical review.
